Sparki does not perform coding

After numerous attempts to upload coding for the robot to follow a line, it does not perform. Instead it sits idle.
When lifted off the surface the wheels turn, when placed onto track it will either move in a straight line until it reaches the edge of table or it will indefinitely rotate 360 degrees.

The surface should be white, and the line black for greatest effect. Are you using the included line following maze?
